Charming stay with good breakfast
Our cozy room was clean, and the unique breakfast spread was a good surprise-who knew pickled fish could be so tasty? The host's warm hospitality.
The front desk was occasionally unresponsive, causing minor frustration during check-in.

Well renovated bathroom, there is an air conditioner, spacious room.
No mini fridge, quite noisy from the street, for breakfast very small selection, cushions uncomfortable.

Good intentions, flawed execution
The location is excellent-easily walkable to key attractions! And the breakfast served early was satisfying, providing enough variety to fuel my adventures.

Design, location and personnel are very good. Fast and free internet connection
Rooms located at the last floor are well-designed, but poorly conditioned. Roof gets hot and boils the room

The a1 offers good value for money with a simple but decent breakfast included. It's conveniently located close to key attractions. I enjoyed the billiard and snooker area behind the reception, a nice bonus after a day out.
